Usage Agreement
By adding TaylorBot to your server and using its features, you are agreeing to its Terms of Service as well as its Privacy Policy. You also understand that your usage is subject to Discord’s terms of service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country, to use TaylorBot. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you are not authorized to use TaylorBot.
The features provided by TaylorBot are for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree that you will only use TaylorBot, or data provided by it, for its intended purposes, and not for other commercial ventures without first seeking approval from us.
We hereby grant you a revocable and nonexclusive right and license to use TaylorBot in a manner that is consistent with these terms and TaylorBot’s intended purposes. TaylorBot reserves the right to terminate this License for any or no reason and at any time without notice to you, including, but not limited to, for breach of any term contained in this document.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use TaylorBot to participate in, discuss, incite, or promote any illegal activity.
- Attempt to hack, gain unauthorized access, damage or shut down TaylorBot in any way.
- Use TaylorBot to send unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of such solicitations.
- Use an automated technology to access TaylorBot.
Liability
We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information and data distributed by TaylorBot. In no event shall TaylorBot be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance of information or data distributed by TaylorBot.
User content
Some TaylorBot features allows users to submit their own content. By doing so, you understand that it may be stored, distributed and reproduced by TaylorBot to offer its services. We reserve the right to remove or modify user content for any reason. Copies of content shared with others may remain even after you delete the content from your account.
You acknowledge that this user content is not endorsed by TaylorBot and that we are not responsible for it. We are under no duty to, and do not represent we will, monitor and/or remove any such user content.
Affiliation
TaylorBot is not affiliated with Discord, Last.fm, or any other third party service it relies on. TaylorBot does not own copyright ownership of any of their assets, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property.
TaylorBot is not affiliated with Taylor Swift, her team and label whatsoever. TaylorBot does not own copyright ownership of any of Taylor Swift’s assets, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property.
TaylorBot may contain links to external sites not controlled by and/or affiliated with TaylorBot. If you use these links, you understand that they are only provided to you as a convenience and you will be subject to the terms of use, privacy, and other policies applicable to those sites. We are not responsible for the content at the linked sites and you access them at your own risk.
